Congratulations for taking control of your health
and determining whether or not you’re one of the 90,000,000
people in this country that are pre-diabetic or even diabetic
Follow the 5 easy steps below to find out where you stand
Set up your meter using the Quick Start Reference Guide located
inside the On Call Express Blood Glucose Meter box.
Perform a control test using the instructions found in the
“Performing a Control Test” section in the Quick Reference Guide.
Try to fast for eight hours before testing. Fasting means not
eating or drinking anything except water. Testing first thing when
you wake up in the morning works great. If you can’t make it that
long without eating then fast for at least 4 hours before testing.
Test your blood glucose levels using the instructions found in the
Quick Reference Guide.
This test checks your fasting blood glucose levels.
