Choose the amount of supplies you want and how often you want them. Skip, pause or change your plan any time.

How often should we deliver?
Every plan includes at least 1 box of test strips. $8.00 per box of 50 strips.
Up to 1 box of 100 for every 2 boxes of strips, rounded up (50 or 100 strips: up to 1 box).
Diathrive strips work with the Diathrive meter only. Meters are a one-time charge of $10.00 each.
