How do I start my Diathrive® Plan and get my supplies?

How long does it take from my supplies to arrive to my home?
Your initial testing kit will take 2-3 days to get to your home. All refill orders of strips and lancets will take 3-5 days.
What are the hours for customer service?
Diathrive customer service hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST).
What if I need additional supplies outside of what's covered by MotivHealth Health Insurance?
If you need an additional meter or other supplies outside of your testing subscription plan you can purchase those items directly through the Diathrive® website at Diathrive.com or by contacting Diathrive® customer service at 866-603-4617. All products outside of your regular subscription plan will need to be paid for our of pocket. Click here to view products.
Can I use my HSA/FSA account funds to pay for additional supplies?
Yes. All Diathrive® products qualify for all health savings accounts (HSA) and flex spending accounts (FSA) purchases.
Is Diathrive®’s meter compatible with my pump?
Diathrive® meters do not connect with insulin pumps.
Does Diathrive®’s meter work with my CGM?
You can use Diathrive® meters to manually calibrate you CGM as often as needed.
Is the Diathrive® meter accurate?
Yes. The FDA regulates all meters and requires them to be with-in 15% of a laboratory value. The studies done with our meters find that it is more accurate than many of the meters in the market.
How often do my supplies arrive to my home?
Quarterly (every three months). The Diathrive® benefit is a subscription service that automatically renews to send out supplies each quarter. You can cancel or change your subscription plan or ship date at any time by contacting Diathrive®’s customer service.
Can I change my shipping date or address?
Yes. If you need to make any changes to your supply plan just call Diathrive® at 866-603-4617 and we will help you make any necessary changes. You can also change your shipping date. Please note, we cannot ship refill supplies more that one month earlier than the scheduled shipping date. This is a requirement set by your insurance benefit.
What do I do if I have trouble with my meter or other supplies?
All Diathrive® products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues with any Diathrive® products call our customer service and if we can’t resolve the problem, we will replace the product.
What if I am getting too many supplies?
If you are not checking your blood sugar as often as you planned you need to change your subscription plan. It’s important that you only order the number of strips that you will use. Test strips expire so you don’t want to “stock-up” excessively. To change your testing plan contact Diathrive® customer service: 866-603-4617
