How are CGMs and diabetes supplies provided?
Blood glucose testing supplies are included for every enrolled member. CGMs are available only through health plans and employers. Diathrive arranges supply through a pharmacy partner and bills the plan directly. CGMs are not sold in the Diathrive online store.
How does billing to the health plan work?
For plan and employer programs, Diathrive bills the health plan for covered program services and supplies, including CGM access when offered. Members do not buy CGMs through a retail checkout.
